Ali Arjmandi holds an MA in Translation Studies from Allameh Tabataba’i University, Iran. His research interests encompass eco-translation, ecolinguistics, ecocriticism, and biosemiotics. His MA thesis, titled Translation of Climate Change into Scientific and Public Discourse, explores how climate change is translated from physical phenomena into scientific and public domains. He examines the intersections of language, ecology, biology, culture, and sustainability in translation, investigating how translation can engage with the more-than-human world and its various entities.
